We've reserved a block of rooms at the Residence Inn by Marriott Columbus-Polaris

Just mention the Emily - and - John wedding when you book by May 27th to reserve your room at a discounted rate.

A shuttle service will be offered for both Friday & Saturday to and from the venue from the hotel. You may choose to park at the hotel and take the shuttle if you prefer, but please let us know when you RSVP so we can plan for a large enough shuttle.

Friday Shuttle Times

The Welcome Party is at The Brook, 3480 Benedict Road Marengo, OH 43334. Please note, this is a 25 min drive‍, please arrive to shuttle early.

A 22 passenger shuttle will arrive at 7:15 to the Renaissance Hotel to shuttle guests for the Welcome Party at 7:30pm.

Shuttle will wait on site and shuttle back to Hotel as needed  

Last Shuttle to leave at 10pm 

Saturday Shuttle Times

 The Wedding at The Brook, 3480 Benedict Road Marengo, OH 43334. Please note, this is a 25 min drive‍, please arrive to shuttle early. ‍

Two 22 passenger shuttles arrive at 3:15. Once each shuttle is full, they will leave at 3:30, and 3:45pm.

Both shuttles stay on site and will start transporting guests back to hotel as needed, beginning at 8:30pm with BOTH shuttles back at The Brook and ready to transport guests to the hotel at 10pm when the wedding ends. If you’d like to join the after party bon-fire onsite, there will be an additional shuttle that will circle back to The Brook one last time to pick up any guests at 11:30 before they end at 12am.
